India-based, interested in the backend engineer role. I work on AI document pipelines, async workflows, and API systems daily. Stack: Python, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Redis.
Have built production document processing and AI agent systems - LLM orchestration, webhook-driven workflows, and enterprise integrations. Comfortable with long-running async pipelines and observability concerns.

We’re hiring our first Product leader to take over from the founders and own the roadmap end-to-end. This is not a wrapper; we’re building complex, multi-step AI workflows, document reasoning systems, and audit-heavy enterprise software for top-tier law firms and corporates.
Profile:
• 6–10+ years. We care more about output density than titles.
• Background in B2B SaaS / DevTools / workflow or platform products.
• Has owned large product areas or whole products end-to-end.
• Technical enough to discuss things like RAG evaluation and LLM latency.
• High-agency: you’ll decide what we build and what we don’t.
Not a fit if: you’re a process-only / Jira-first / bigco PM.
Comp: ₹40L–₹70L base + meaningful equity. Strong growth as we scale from $1M to $5M+ ARR.

Full-stack Engineer:
- 2-4 years of experience with Python, FastAPI, NextJS, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, CI-CD, observability, scaling etc.
- Familiarity with AI and LLM engineering would be a plus, but not a complete deal breaker.
- Familiarity with large scale data pipelines, ETL systems, search solutions would be a great plus.
Frontend-Focused Design Engineer:
- 1-4 years of experience with designing and coding beautiful and functional websites using React, NextJS, TypeScript, Tailwind.
- Experience with Figma would be a great plus, but not a deal breaker.
- Attention to detail and an obsession over the beauty and functionality of your work is a must-have.
For both of the above roles, being self-oriented and the drive to make an impact is non-negotiable. Along that line, having your own projects or past entrepreneurship experience would be highly valued.
