Using an oscilloscope to find a signal, then writing custom DSP code to decode the signal. I'm thinking of stuff like 1 or n-wire binary protocols, NTSC, and such. Or am I supposed to be looking at software-defined radio (SDR) hardware?
Hey HN, Alex and Ben here, and we wanted to share another web app we created recently.
Sweetfont is a tool to help you find fonts without having to know a lot about typography.
There are over a million fonts in existence - and over 1,400 on Google Fonts alone - and it's hard to filter through to find one that is a good fit for your project. Ben is a typography nerd and knows tons of obscure fonts (and was offended by my constant use of Google's Poppins). So, we decided to make a tool that would help normal people (like me) find the right fonts too.
For Sweetfont, we had designers assess every Google Font's "personality". We surface it through the sliders. In the future, we'd like to add fonts from other sources too.
Once this becomes the next decacorn, we're going to get Ferdinand Z. M. B. K. M. O. A. B. L. von Habsburg-Lothringen to be our spokesman. Heck, Ferdinand -- if you're in the comments, you can be our spokesman now if you want
That's a good point -- our goal is for everything on the site to be able to be used without any sort of attribution. I think it's that way now, but will go and double check everything we're using today
