I've been using this hack for a while now: Firefox developer edition as my "work" profile and the regular Firefox for personal browsing.

I'd been doing that somewhat too, but also a mix of the old -ProfileManager. The new UI is shiny enough I may consider consolidating to just one Edition, though I haven't decided which Edition yet.

(Fun fact, you can even switch to the Developer Edition default profile from regular Firefox with the -ProfileManager though that is not generally a good idea because Developer Edition is intentionally a half-step version or two ahead of "retail" Firefox. Developer Edition assumes you don't mind being a little bit closer to the bleeding edge. Still not the same as using Firefox Nightly as your daily driver, but still often a "power user preview" version.)

Another Pixel 4A user here. Still haven't installed the marvelous update. But it'll be installed the next time I reboot. No way to stop it.

I have never had any battery issues. Now Google wants to effectively brick my beloved phone? And giving me $50 for the trouble. What. The. F. is going on.

I've requested the $50, shall be paid out within 18 days they say.

So sad. I really like (soon liked, probably) my 4a.

I keep getting password reset emails from Spotify, from 0 to 10 times a day. Having a two character username seemed like a good idea when signing up.. Really annoying.

Supply is still lower than demand, I don't see why that would suddenly change. (Still renting after looking for a house for years, while watching houses getting more expensive by the month)

When people can't afford paying the interest of their 10 million sek house loan, supply and demand matters very little.

It all depends on how high interest rates go.

Same here, actually reinstalled Firefox Developer Edition on Win 10.

Edit: the issue came back after reinstall! I had to disable http3 in about:config to resolve this issue.

The title of the article is not properly translated. "Sverige vill ändra" actually means "Swedens wants to change", not "will change". Also, "Sweden", in this case is the "EU committee" of the Swedish parliament. The committee wants the government to vote no. The matter isn't final yet I guess.

The responsible minister Morgan Johansson has said that the government will abide by the parliaments decision:

"We have an order that we should anchor decisions in the Riksdag, now that the Riksdag has changed its attitude, the government will of course have to follow it."
