I like to work that is challenged technically, salary is second preference for me. I like my company as i come in very starting members of company, so its tough for me to leave this company. i am doing management but somewhere i still want to write code and live that life.

As i am seeing Samsung, most of there devices are same in looks, so its losing brand value as far as i see. Also samsung is not reinventing anything new in there devices. Definitely Micromax, Spice and Karbonn will get some market once AndroidOne come in the mareket, but they are not still brands. you are correct Indian smartphone is wide market and lot of potential will be there.

Man, you seriously need a break. 5years is long term. I have been part of startup from past 2 years and i am like totally burn out due to excessive amount of work.

For you is better to find a job that you love to do, earn some money and get your life back, go get your girl friend to some trip.
