This seems to have a simple solution - if you can't find any reference to a particular book by googling its title, then it likely does not exist.

You have too much faith in Commissar Google. I know of numerous books which don't appear on Google. Likely the tip of the iceberg.

The problem is that this solution runs counter to what is expected from AI customers today: subscribe and turn off your brain.

(Yes, I know about the phrases written below every singe one of them. They're probably being taken just as seriously as ToS.)

It depends on the title. Many titles are difficult to search for.

You could color code results from the same author or from the same series as an already added book, since the user most likely already knows about them. Perhaps a toggle to filter these out altogether.

Aka a backronym.

I've been doing this with great success for over five years with Camect, so what's new?

I use camect too, but it's blackbox. And I am not sure if it'll be easy for it to handle > 8 8mp cameras.

Otherwise pretty happy.

At a first look? No, or at least not well maintained Home Assistant integration.

Is Camect a self-host solution?

It's local, you have a box in your home. You can use it locally or it can connect with webrtc to pull strean.

Not any longer, it seems. :/

Never mine, it's back now.

"You are likely to be eaten by a grue."

You = me point for point

You did not read the article?

I don't see this method working very well for me since I always use duvets that are wider than the bed, which I thought was the norm. Same width as the bed makes for tug-of-war with the sleeping partner.

120 cm wide bed -> 150 cm duvet, 140-160 cm bed -> 240 cm duvet

Now maybe we can finally get members to pitch in raking the copper and lead filled backstop at the local shooting range.. :)
