In our company, we have a Web, Mobile, & Backend platform that currently consists of about 100 new features that I am prioritizing in an Excel sheet based on effort and company/customer value.

It's definitely getting to the point where I don't feel organized. I was wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks on building out a system of keeping track of all the features that they want to build into their roadmap for future updates to their platform.
