Should the United States have a military presence in every country that has human rights problems, forcing the local government to treat women/minorities/dissidents the way we think they should? I'd like to know what your solution is.

The women's rights angle was only pushed to keep some Europeans in the alliance ( among them The Dutch ). And it fitted really well with Obama.
