I miss multiple cursor on non-contiguous text with BBEdit. I feel like this feature should be standard. I was blown by that feature when I saw it first on Sublime text.
It supports rectangular selection via option drag, including zero width rectangles, which seems to cover all of the multiple cursor use cases I need. I do realize some other editors implement more multiple cursor features, so I grant that some folks may miss those.
