Running something similar with UDM on HP Prodesk G2 which I bought for $50. Ubuntu server with HomeAssistant VM and Portainer. Uses about 7w, CPU temp 32C.

I was running Pi4 before but felt it was WAY overrated for this purpose, you can buy a used micro computers for $150 which come with SSD, 8GB RAM and are multiple times faster than Pi4.
