as a permanent potato lover, i have to ask:what kind of recipes do "potato based diet" do communities around the world have? i live in a place where rice is the major food source and that is the base of all lunch and dinner. everything else is had "with rice". i wonder how potato is consumed on a daily basis (i would love to) except the fast food stuff. errgh
