I read once in an article that a “10x engineer” is someone who empowers others around them to be better, thus creating a “greater than the sum of its parts” kind of dynamic. So that’s just another way to think of it in addition to the purely technical and other areas


I'm a firm believer in that any team that actually works together is greater than the sum of its parts. Teamwork is simply a quality multiplicator, we don't produce great work in a vacuum.
