I have tried many times to get people who criticize modern banking and the Fed monetary system to watch the Khan videos on how banks work and then to come back and re-do their critiques, but it has never happened. There are some arguments which quite obviously come from ignorance, and there are so many things wrong with the current economic system that it is incredibly frustrating having to spend time debunking arguments by defending the things which actually work somewhat well.
