Not so sure that it integrates very well with cloud services, though I’ve not tried. It’s a bit of a step back from collaboration on a Google Doc. However, for basic functionality, I’m quite fine with word processing on Libre Office.

Microsoft Office isn't banned, just Workspace / M365 / Azure Active Directory as users' IDP.
