HN is good to spot crackpots, linbait and other kinds of papers that are very bad. This was posted by ColinWright, so my guess is that it's not obviously bad. If it has an error, it will need like a month or a year to be discovered. Anyway, I hope to see in a month a new discussion when Tao (or someone) have enough time to understand it.
