Shouldn’t we compare to net income? Its 5.6% of their 2022 net income.


Not only that, it should be the net income of only the EU subsidiaries. It's completely irrelevant if the privacy of a Thai or a New Zealand citizen was violated to the EU. AFAIK that makes it about 11%.


But the fine isn’t for 2022 it’s for the last few years.
