Any company going public via SPAC in this era is a big red flag. The vast majority are badly-run businesses or outright fraudulent ones being dumped on retail suckers.

We should back to the times when SPACs were actually driven by reputable people like Bill Ackman and Martin Franklin...not hucksters like Chamath Palihapitiya.
