Amazon and Uber do physical goods. They changed who did things, but didn't change that much of the things being done. Take over the office work, a lot of humans have nothing to do, I think. Is there the equivalent of warehouse order picker or delivery driver left over if your straightforward knowledge worker (medical coder, claims adjuster, call center rep, etc.) work goes away? How close are we to discovering the fascinating new jobs that are predicted to open up from this?
