This is different from Outline Wiki (getoutline.com) which is open source and self-hostable. This one is more for people looking for something that follows OneNote's conventions, as it used to be a 1:1 replacement complete with import support, but now it seems they are branching out. If you guys know about anything similar, that supports WYSIWYG tables instead of Markdown (so I can color items and change styles inside cells), please let me know!
