Can't seem to reply to you in my own thread and there's no contact info in profile, just wanted to express surprise since I've seen German submissions before. Is it a new policy that this is no longer allowed, was there an announcement I haven't seen?
It's been like that for ages, just scroll through the giant blob of moderator comments I linked you - it goes back years. Non-english submissions do happen but are moderated away, it's just that the moderation isn't instant.
