Evaluating Congress by "laws passed" feels a lot like evaluating programmers by "lines committed."

Personally I would like a lot fewer ridiculous laws to be passed.


How about a combo of laws passed and also laws revoked?

Either way, the world is changing more rapidly than it ever has before and Congress is reacting slower than it ever has before. There's no way to spin that as a good thing. We are entering a new Gilded Age, where corporate and robber barons have no accountability.
