In that case just turn the camera off.

In fact that's what i usually do at work. Saves bandwidth and I don't really care.

Internally we usually meet without cams but when we meet with Microsoft (a supplier) they always have them on to promote this feature of teams and most people reciprocate. I never do though.

Sometimes I turn on their new cartoon avatar video just to annoy them:)
