I've seen what overuse of screens has done to adults, including myself at times. I can't imagine what it would have done to me during my development years.

This is a dense read, but I'm already surprised how much they're focusing on video games vs. just using a screen for any purpose.

I would assume there to be no difference whether a game or a video or typing a file, but I'll be trying to understand more now that I see the APA focusing in like this. Thanks for the share.
