Paul Graham might appreciate this passage extracted from La nigra rubando kaj la ruĝa rubando by Lidja Zamenhof, Jewish Polish writer, publisher, translator, active promoter of Esperanto and Homaranismo, and the youngest daughter of Klara Silbernik and L. L. Zamenhof, the founder of Esperanto. She was murdered at the Treblinka extermination camp during the Holocaust in 1942 (aged 37–38).
