Just so we are clear, Japan attacked us at Pearl Harbor and we eventually nuked them killing 250k. Was that an international war crime? Al Qaeda attacked us and killed 3000 Americans and in response we killed about 200k Afghanis. Was that a war crime?

Israel has simply responded as any other country would to the attack.
